APPLICATION
Sipag cantilever racks for outdoor storage are specifically developed for storing long and heavy material, such as packs of wood, sheet metal, pipes, bars and profiles. But other types of goods are also possible to store in the Sipag cantilever racks, see other products.
All Sipag cantilever racks are adopted and calculated according to your specific needs, which enables you to store your material in an optimal and flexible way, both in terms of dimension and type and according to e.g. item/ GTIN numbers.
Sipag cantilever racks have arms which are very easy to mount and move, which enables you to store your material in an adapted and flexible way, making optimal use of floor space and ceiling height.

For outdoor storage we also offer hot-dip galvanized racks, which means they are well protected against environmental influences such as rain, snow and rust.
Roof, rear wall, side panelling and gutter sets are available, providing additional protection for stored goods from wind and weather. In protected outdoor areas, the cantilevers can also be offered in a powder-coated version.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
One-sided or double-sided racks
One-sided racks can be upgraded to double-sided racks.
Double-sided racks can be used on both sides, or only one side.
Asymmetrical racks
Sipag racks offer the possibility to have different length arms on different sides, different number of arms on different sides and different height of the arms on different sides.
Hence there is no problem having 2100 mm arm projection on one side and 1200 mm arm projection on the other side of the same rack.
Sipag pins
Sipags in-house developed Double wedge bolt system (Sipag pins) offers flexibility, since they are easy to mount and move, and safety, since they have no sharp edges and up to 60 % bigger contact area than many other fastening solutions.
Also available as single bolt system. Both versions are easily mounted with a light hammer tap.
ACCESSORIES
Roof made of trapezoidal sheet metal
When calculating racks with a roof and/or side wall or rear wall, wind and snow loads are taken into account, depending on the location, area classification, and building regulations.
Back wall/side panelling and rain gutter set
Provides additional protection for stored goods from wind and weather.
Powder coating
For sides facing away from the weather or completely covered, the cantilevers can be powder-coated.
Marking of storage places
Possibility to mark every storage place with item number and/or barcodes.
Guide rails
For narrow aisles served by sideloaders, four-way forklifts, and guided forklifts, we have guide rails with entry funnels.
Edge protection
The edge protection provides protection against damages.
Roll-off protection
For round material, and other material that needs an extra stop, we can mount an additional roll-off protection to the arm and base, fitted with a removable 10 or 20 cm metal tube.
Different colour arms
For extra clarity and safety we can offer different colour arms for different loading capacities.
