PKT Rollblock system EK 550-EC with PKT:s in-house developed economy rail made of galvanized steel is our most popular coil storage system, already installed at many steel manufacturers all over the world. You can also find the system at smaller companies, who use coils in their production. The system was developed for three level storage of coils 30 tons each and can be loaded with max 100 ton per storage space.
Product information
The coil stops, holding the coils in their designated storage space, are made of recycled plastic. Both the coil stops and the rail meet the criteria of the TÜV.
The system can easily be adopted to different coil diameters by moving the coil stops to the next position in the rail (106,5 mm).
The installation, as well as any future moving of the coil stops, is easily made by only one person and without the need for special tools.
